Born and raised in Dayton, Ohio, Patrick has been playing disc golf for nearly two decades.  Although he is a professional disc golfer, his career  focus is in Recreational Therapy. He currently works for the Veterans Administration and has incorporated that love for disc golf into coaching veterans of the Buckeye Wheelchair Disc Golf Team. In 2023, Patrick was selected to lead the Buckeye Wheelchair Games Disc Golf exposition. He hopes to continue to expand adaptive disc golf within VA programs across the country and in his own community.

Patrick plays several local tournaments per year along with one or two national and international tournaments. He also plans to spend a significant portion of each season, not only giving lessons, but also dedicating time to community and volunteering activities with the Beyond Disc Golf Organization.

Additionally, Patrick is an active member of Dayton Disc Golf. He is a past officer of the club and is one of the course professionals for Arthur O. Fisher Park. For the past four years, Patrick has been running an indoor off-season putting league at Miami Valley Sports Bar.
